Return Policy
At Anı Atölyesi, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products, so if you encounter any issues with your purchase, you can take advantage of our return policy outlined below:
Return Period: You can return your products within 14 days from the date of delivery. All requests made within the return period will be accepted.
Product Condition: The items you wish to return must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged. Custom designs can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service to notify us of your return request for the product you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, a return form will be sent to you. You must fill out this form and send it back with the product you wish to return.
- Returned products will be inspected within 5 business days after delivery, and if found suitable, your refund will be processed.
Refund: After your return request is accepted, your payment will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days, depending on the method of payment used.
Shipping Costs:
- In cases not caused by the customer (e.g., manufacturing defects, wrong product delivery, etc.), the return shipping cost will be covered by Anı Atölyesi.
- In customer-initiated returns (e.g., product dissatisfaction, incorrect selection, etc.), the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
